Moscovium (Mc) is a synthetic chemical element with atomic number 115. Just like dubnium, it was first synthesized at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia. Dubna is located in the region Moscow Oblast, which has given name to moscovium.
Moscovium can be artifically created by colliding americium and calcium atoms.
